7 activities forbidden after you eat!

Assalammualaikum! hye readers!
First of all i would like to apologize for inconsistently updating my blog. this is because internet connection in hostel were totally slow. To open blogger website takes almost 30min. so sorry okay :)
okay today i would like to share healthy  tips with you guys. most of us probably know about this facts but im gonna share it anyway. haha! there are 7 activities that among us always do after we eat, where it is actually not good for our health. let's check it out.


1. smoke

guys especially love to smoke after eat.  they said it will makes their meal completed. sighh. they should know that smoking  a cigarette after a meal comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes. this experiment has been proves by experts. the possibility of cancer also higher. so for those how smoke u may think twice before smoke after take your meal. but it would be better if you guys quit smoke. health and save more money maaaa :P

2. Eat fruit directly



Did you guys know that we are suppose to eat fruits with empty stomach? yeahh with  empty stomach not with full stomach. huhu! i am very sure most of us eat it after had a meal which known as desert. why cant we eat after meal? hmm did you ever heard people complaining they burp or running in to the toilet after had fruits? haa it is because the fruit will cause stomach to be bloated with air.  For scientific reason, the organic acid among them will be bound with mineral in other food, influence the body to digest and assimilate. so after this try to eat fruits 1 or 2 hour before or after your meal okay :D

3. Drink tea
 

Do not drink tea because tea leaves contain a high acid content. This substance will cause the protein content in the foods we eat will be hardened thus difficult to digest. haa no wonder i always felt my stomach uncomfortable. so now we should stop this habit peeps.
4. Loosen your belt

 
Do not loosen your belt. Loosen the belt can cause the intestine twisted and blocked. plus it will make u fatter. hahaha! so never loosen up your belt okay.

5. Take a bath


hahah! have you ever heard that your grammy or your mother bubbling about not to take a bath after eating your meal if you do your tummy will be fatty? haa. Bathing that done after a meal will increase blood flow to the hands, feet and body that causes the amount of blood around the stomach will continue to decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in the stomach. wanna six pack tummy? stop take a bath after take your meal :P

6. sleep

haaa. Do not sleep after eat. Sleeping after eating a meal resulted that the food can not be digested well. As a result, the intestine can be bloating and bowel inflammation occurs. Do you want your tummy looks like this Mr simpson? hihi!

7. Drink cold water


Do not drinking cold water after take your meal. haa no wonder when i was a kid, my mom always bubbling to me about drinking cold water after eat my meal. Cold water will freeze greasy foods, especially fatty foods you eat. Fat that is formed in the intestines and will result in narrowing intestinal tract, leading to obesity. haaa now its time to switch to hot water. hhuhuhu! :D

here 7 activities that we shouldn't do after eat our meal. Let's start a new healthy life from now on. :)
